We want your pet to LOVE their treats. If the treats you have purchased are not to your pet’s tastes, we offer an exchange to find the perfect products for your pet.  Please remember, the original product must be returned to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will not be granted on products that have been mostly consumed or are not in their original packaging. 

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product due to damage and require the same item, send us an email at info@purepetproducts.com.au including your order number and send the original item to: Rear Unit 3/23 Carrington Street, Nedlands WA 6009 

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Rear Unit 3/23 Carrington Street, Nedlands WA 6009

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
