Where are your products made?
All our products are made right here in WA in-house at our Nedlands shop. Our small team hand carves every piece of meat, lovingly prepares every meal, and carefully packs every treat bag and order!
Do you use preservatives or additives in any of your products?
We pride ourselves on being 100% natural and preservative and additive free! All our products are free from all nasties, including artificial colourings and added hormones.
My pet has allergies, are you treats still suitable?
In cases of food allergies and sensitivities, we recommend consulting your vet before starting your pet on a new food. Due to the fact we use all natural ingredients and our treat range is 100% single ingredient, we hope to have created a range where all cats and dogs can find something to suit their dietary requirements. Why are your Gourmet Meals and Protein Pots frozen?
We snap freeze our meals directly after production, which enables us to cook without the use of preservatives and additives! By doing this, we are ensuring your beloved pet can enjoy the fresh flavour and nutritional benefits while they are at their peak. We recommend keeping them in your freezer until you are ready to feed them to your pet. As we premix them for you, it is much easier to portion them out to suit your pet’s specific dietary needs. Is your packaging recyclable?
We have made a change to all our packaging to bring it into alignment even more with our sustainable commitment to the environment. Our packaging is now 100% recyclable for our Dukkah & Together ranges, and our cafe range packaging is biodegradable. Most exciting of all is that our treat and gourmet meal ranges (including our protein pots) are now 100% recyclable & home compostable, bringing our love of the planet to the forefront. Simply remove the tin tie and ribbon on the treat bag, which can be recycled or reused, and the rest of the packaging is compostable – including the stickers!

Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship all over Australia using Australia Post. We are hoping to expand this to overseas in the near future! Please contact us at email@example.com if you live outside of Australia and would like to place an order.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order!
Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a tracking number from Australia Post or the courier company used, depending on your location.
How long do orders take to arrive?
We ship using Australia Post standard delivery. Please use your tracking number for more information on Aus Post delivery times.
Our Gourmet Meals and Protein pots are delivered to Perth Metro areas on Fridays and Saturdays or can be picked up from our Nedlands store by appointment only.
Do I need to be home when my order arrives?
Only if you have ordered one of our gourmet meals or protein pots. These products are only available to local Perth Metro residents. They are delivered fresh-frozen in cool bags so we recommend you are home at time of delivery to ensure the items don’t spoil.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
We offer exchanges on all products to ensure your pet LOVES their treats. Exchanges will only be made when the original product is returned in it’s original packaging. Refunds will only be available in the case of damaged products. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in your message to us.
